what a disappointment! The air conditioning was so loud it turned our romantic getaway into a cacophony. To make matters worse, I was totally aghast to find dried stains on the sheets, I mean, how hard is it to clean? And can you believe they didn’t offer me even a single complimentary drink for all the trouble?
